🎂 Make birthdays unforgettable with a handcrafted Dulcis cake.

We loved creating this beautiful cake for Paola’s special celebration. She chose our delicious Chantilly Chocolate Cake — three soft sponge layers filled with rich chocolate cream and custard Chantilly, then finished with smooth whipped cream and chocolate.

Not only did it look stunning, but it was also packed with authentic Italian flavour, handcrafted with love in our Cambridge kitchen.

To make the occasion even more memorable, we added a personalised message on top — the perfect finishing touch for a special celebration.

A little taste of Sicily in the heart of Cambridge 🇮🇹

Come and discover Dulcis iconic cannoli this Saturday, 23 May, during the .quarter Open Day. From 1pm, Maurizio and Alessandro will be offering free tastings of their delicious cannoli and other sweet treats.

Experience authentic Sicilian cannoli in Dulcis’ signature miniature pasticcini style, available in three irresistible flavours: ricotta, chocolate, and pistachio. Filled with homemade creams and crafted with authentic Italian tradition, which one will you choose?
