Meet some of our Fitzroy Street family!

One of the things we love most about being on Fitzroy Street is the brilliant little community we have around us. From our fruit & veg neighbours to the burger van, we’re all here serving Cambridge and doing our bit to keep Fitzroy Street buzzing.

And speaking of the burger van… take a closer look at the hot dog on their promotional photo. Look familiar? That’s actually one of OUR hot dogs!

We’ll happily take the free advertising, thank you very much!

Joking aside, supporting one another really matters to us. Local businesses are such an important part of Cambridge, and when we recommend each other, shop with each other and look out for each other, the whole community benefits.

So when you visit us for your Fitzroy Street hot dog, don’t forget to show our neighbours some love too. We’re proud to be part of the Fitzroy Street family.

🍂 ONE SIZE FITS ALL IS BACK! 🍂

October is TOMORROW, which means one of our favourite Fitzroy Street offers is returning… and once again, we’ve got FIVE Thursdays to enjoy it!

Every Thursday throughout October, we’re keeping things simple:

🌭 Large Hot Dog – £2
🧀 Large with Cheese – £2
🌭 Special – £2
🧀 Special with Cheese – £2

Yes… just £2 each!

Why “One Size Fits All”? Because on Thursdays throughout October, LARGE is the only size on the menu! Regular and Footlong hot dogs will be taking the day off, so everyone gets to enjoy a Large for just £2.

That’s FIVE Thursdays and FIVE chances to grab yourself a proper Fitzroy Street hot dog for only £2.

📍 Available exclusively from our Fitzroy Street barrow.

Tag your lunch buddy and get those Thursdays in the diary!

As our 40 Days of Celebration come to an end, we’re returning to where it all began…

In 1986, Michael Moran founded The Hot Sausage Company, starting a story that would become part of Cambridge life for generations.

Forty years later, our historic barrow is still serving much-loved hot dogs in the heart of the city. We’re incredibly proud to continue Michael’s legacy and grateful to every customer, team member, franchise owner, friend and family member who has been part of our journey.

Thank you for celebrating this wonderful milestone with us. The 40 days may be ending, but the story of The Hot Sausage Company is far from over!

Here’s to the next chapter — and many more Fitzroy Street hot dogs!
