**NEW GROUP**

Mums and Babes Art and Wellbeing Group @ The Croust Hut, Troon.

Bookings are for a block of 6 weekly sessions running from Tuesday 1st September - Tuesday 6th October, 10-12am.

This is a space to get creative, and take a moment to be present and focused. Bring baby along, connect with other local parents, and get creative with the raw expression of parenthood.

Bookings are for a 5—8 week block. This allows us create a safe environment for parents to openly share their experiences of parenthood or whatever else they want to bring to the session (not sharing is also welcome!)

Each session will be based on a different theme, from still life to painting with the senses to natural dying. The sessions will be relaxed and informal, experience is absolutely not necessary!

Sessions will run in The Crust Hut, a cosy and independent cafe based on the historic Cornish mining site, The King Edward Mine. While playgroups are essential for us parents, this session will be different; a nourishing experience for the soul, to share and create with your babes and other new parents.

The start time is a guide but we know how difficult it can be to leave the house with a little one in tow, so please arrive whenever is best for you.

Right guys it’s nearly time!

We have a couple spaces for lunch so head to the website to book.

Do check the website as we always get last minute cancellations.

Also it’s looking like it might be dry so outside tables will be available they are just first come first serve.

Our milk bread is so satisfying to watch as it proves!

We make this for our French toast.

Once the prove is finished we put the lid on and bake it!
It comes out as a lovely crisp edged rectangular loaf! It’s light, airy and delicious!
