IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE SULTANZ

We’ve received a number of messages from concerned customers following posts circulating on Facebook about Sultanz.

We would like to reassure everyone that Sultanz is OPEN and operating as normal.

On Friday at around 6pm, Immigration Enforcement attended our premises as part of a routine check. Police were also present for approximately 20–30 minutes before leaving.

Sultanz was not closed by the police, and there has been no disruption to our business. Our team is working as normal and we continue to welcome our customers as usual.

We are aware that some inaccurate and unverified information has been shared online by people not connected with Sultanz. We kindly ask customers not to rely on rumours or information from unknown profiles.

If you have any concerns, please contact us directly and we will be happy to clarify.

Everything is under control, Sultanz is open as usual, and it’s business as normal.

Thank you for your continued support and trust.
