Drip cakes used to be made atleast 5 times a week. These days it's more lambeth (vintage style) buttetcream, so it's nice when an old favorite makes a reappearance.
Last week I made 2 of these silky, shiney, ganache topped delights.
Topped with an arrangement of chocolates. In this case, Ferrero topped 3 chocolate sponge layers, with hazelnut buttercream and hazelnut creme.

I hope Amir loved it.

Doubles of problducts may result in an additional 50p/£1 charge.

Whoopee! Happy birthday to Theo.
Layers of raspberry sponge with raspberry conserve and whitechocolate buttercream, carved to create this fun whoopee cushion themed cake. Dusted with icing sugar too, to give that dusty effect that the cushions have.

I hope it was saved from anyone sitting on it! But was very much enjoyed.

Its been a pleasure, once again creating Thoes special cake.

HEADING HOME WITH A FEW SPARES, not much at all really.
I'm not planning on opening the shed, as it's miserable, but I can box up and you can advance pay and pick up from 5.15/ 5.30pm tonight

So I have:

Carrot cake tray slices x2 £3 each
Kinder Bueno brownie x2 £3.50 each
Funfetti white chocolate cookies x6 £2 each
White velvet cake with vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve x 5 £3.50 each
Lemon and blueberry cake with blueberry each conserve and vanilla buttetcream x3 £3.50 each

From the shed- vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles x4 £3 each
Chocolate cornflake cake x4 £2 each

Well! Thank you so much if you popped along to Cake corner today. Only 2 pieces of cake left, looks like a busy night of baking ahead!
