Drip cakes used to be made atleast 5 times a week. These days it's more lambeth (vintage style) buttetcream, so it's nice when an old favorite makes a reappearance.
Last week I made 2 of these silky, shiney, ganache topped delights.
Topped with an arrangement of chocolates. In this case, Ferrero topped 3 chocolate sponge layers, with hazelnut buttercream and hazelnut creme.
I hope Amir loved it.
