For National Cycling Week (9th-15th June) a few local organisations have come together to celebrate cycling in the Trossachs by promoting the fantastic stuff that already happens and added in a few wee extras for the week. The week will start with an evening talk on the 8th June about cycling in Scotland. The rest of the week is about getting you bike ready, on your bike and highlighting what is in the area to support cyclists. More information will follow on the run up to and during .

Join us on the 8th June to start our National Cycling Week celebrations with an evening of inspiring talks about cycling in Scotland. The talks will include:
The Highland Trail 550 -
Bike packing the Badger Divide -
An Intro to 'ARC' -

It will take place at the Brig o' Turk Tearoom, 8th June. Doors open 6.45pm for a 7pm start. Admission is free but due to limited capacity please get a ticket from Eventbrite: National Cycling Week- Evening Talks (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/national-cycling-week-evening-talks-tickets-1990889447932?aff=oddtdtcreator). Starting this Thursday (4th June), we will trial having the tearoom open between 11-3 just for drinks and a few baked goods. No food off the menu will be served.

Thursday is my baking day and I still need it for baking! However, Lois is going to see how it works for her serving drinks and the few cakes I'll have ready, whilst I continue to prep. We won't update our Google or Facebook hours as people may then expect that we will be fully open on the Thursday. However, you have now been informed and if you are in the area and need a little caffeine boost, we can help! :-)

Earlier this week Kira won over a couple who popped in to the tearoom whilst touring Scotland. They kindly left her a gift so she could get a treat. Come and meet the team from Highland Boundary over the 16th and 17th May. They will be in the tearoom to discuss their Scottish Botanical Spirits and syrups. Their aim is to bring the flavours of the Scottish wilderness in their products. They hand pick all of their botanicals from the Scottish woodlands on their farm or nearby.

The team will also be showcasing their products in a selection of cocktails that they will be pairing with our 'wild-ish' supper on the 15th May. They will start the evening with a  Hugo Spritz (cocktail) or mocktail non-alcohol Elderflower Champagne with Rosebay syrup. Then with the meal you will get a Wild Mojito (cocktail)/ mocktail: Gorse and Earl Grey Iced Tea and The Gathering (cocktail)/ mocktail: Highland Garden (uses Honeysuckle and Lavender syrups). If you  would like to come along to the 'Wild-ish Supper' please email [email protected] to book your place and advise of any dietary requirements and whether you would want cocktails or mocktails with your meal.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported all of Wolf Tales events on Friday. We hope you enjoyed the events as much as we all did organising them.

The next tearoom event will be on the 15th May in collaboration with . I will provide a supper menu based on Scottish and foraged produce and Highland Boundary will serve a cocktail/ mocktail that compliments each course. If you would like to join us on the 15th please email [email protected] and advise of any dietary requirements and if you would like cocktails or mocktails served with your supper.

It will be a 7pm arrival for food to be served at 7.30. £40 per person.

Can you believe its the 1st of May tomorrow? That also means tomorrow is . We have a number of exciting events happening in the Trossachs. Why not make an evening of it, we still have a few spaces for the pack supper before you head off to the Trossachs Church for Art, Tales and Cello music. Then come back to us for an open mic style session to sing and recite your favourite wolf themed songs, poems and literature. Let your imagination run wild!

Today we had a wee trip out to Wester Balfunning Farm to meet Gary and Jo of and pick up some of their incredible Old Meadow Cider, which will now be our apple cider for tearoom. The sun will be shining at the weekend, a perfect reason to come and try some.
