The Zip wire on King George V field is well used and brings a lot of enjoyment to many. Earlier this year it was out of action for many weeks, we had it repaired at considerable cost.
This weekend it was misused by six teenagers who showed it little respect all climbing on it at once. It is meant for one person NOT SIX.
Can we ask parents to remind their children to respect the equipment most children do just a minority who dont.
We do not want a park without a Zip wire please respect it.

I've been listening recently to a lot of parents about their struggles Trying hard to keep things a float with everyday tasks. What is clear is that they would benefit from a chat at this event we've organised.
