Protein Pancake ( 26g protein )
Drizzle of Bee Juice
Black pepper

May not be for everyone but a nice bitter sweet taste and decent macro balance

I’m back on the prep meals which are available every day on pre order from cafe ! This is the part of my health that I don’t focus on enough ! Let’s get back too it then shall we !!
