Hi all! So as you may have seen we've got a slightly updated menu this week and a trial on new hours! (9AM -4PM Thurs- Sat)😳

New to the regular menu are JACKET POTATOES, BREAKFAST ROLLS and CUSTARD SLICES (now on every week, but always preorder to guarantee!)

SPECIALS THIS WEEK

I've had a play designing my blackboard before I put 'pen to paper' so to speak (NEW LONGER HOURS TOO!)

After feedback which seemed lots of you weren't quite sure what we did, I've had a refresh of the menu! Couple of newbies on there (hope you like?) Simplified pricing, some things up a bit, some down

What do you think?
The hot drinks will be on my smaller board (the one that used to have sandwich fillings)

Specials will now be on the big board under the counter, that's where you'll find things like the loaded curry bowls (which we happen to be making on Thursday!😍)

Can you let me know if there's any glaring errors please, and whether it makes sense before I paint the real thing! Thanks xx

The counter fridge will have prices of takeaway cakes, sausage rolls and savouries on there (all cheaper than eat in price)

Time for a refresh! New blackboards....so it's up to you! What do you want to see on them? "Speak now or forever hold your peace"

From todays posts I've found there's quite a lot of you not sure what we do, or asking for things that we ALREADY do 😂 so I'll make sure my NEW regular menu is pinned to the top of this page, with specials on a Facebook post every monday

I will keep with Thurs - Sat as I think adding the rest of the week would probably just space out the days people come but not add customers

But I'm happy to do another trial of a 9am opening and I've had a request for a 4pm close to cover the school pickup/drop offs.

SOOOOO...if I open 9-4pm for the next month (until half term) please don't disappoint as I love my lie-ins 🤣

What would bring you in if you've not been for a while?

We're always trying new ideas and they seem popular (clean plates and smiles!) but we need to consistently get a few more people through the door.

When your day starts with your huge drinks fridge deciding it would rather be a freezer 🙈 resulting in every single can exploding inside like a giant frozen slushie machine! (sorry forgot to take pic before we'd cleaned everything out)
And ends with loads of happy customers enjoying our tapas (even asking if we wanted a before AND after photo 😂)

Doing it all again tomorrow 10-3 and buying more cans!!
