Sorry people! We have such a small kitchen that I can't cope with prep and service at the same time today Many of you know it's just one person cooking here as well, so i need to close today to make sure we're ready for all our guests this evening. We're open all day tomorrow with some lovely specials on the board so do come and see us!

Mushrooms galore! These beauties are coming into full swing at the moment, fuelled by a bit of rain followed by warm sunny days. Why wouldn't you love these fun-gis? (Sorry!)

Can't wait to cook and eat these. Hopefully some will make it onto the menu for your all to enjoy.

It's the season of abundance and plenty in the UK right now, and I've got some stunning produce right here in my garden that is sure to delight.

Beautiful Apples and pears make an appearance every year with only a little prune here and there to help the trees divert their energy into growing stunning fruit.

It would be a crime to let these go to waste, so I'll get my thinking cap on for the apples 🍎. I have a plan for the pears 🍐 already. Blue 🧀 and chicory will be the perfect pairing.

It's a lovely time of year for foraged delights, and we're doing our best to bring the best of the season to our menu.

Lobster mushrooms on the way to us and some lovely fragrant truffles again. Who can resist?

One table left for jazz this month and boy oh boy is it going to be a good-un! Let us know if you'd like the final two seats.
