Arol wythnosau o trefnu, ma'n amser i rhannu ei'n Blend Y Barics Newydd, yn barod i'r haf.

Mae ein Blend Y Barics bob amser wedi'i gynllunio i fod yn ddathliad o'r gorau y gall coffi fod drwy gydol y tymhorau a'r cynaeafau, ac yn gyfeiliant blasus i'n tymhorau yma yn y DU. Nid yw ein cymysgedd haf yn eithriad i hwn, gan ei fod yn llawn o'r holl flasau ffrwythus a melys rydyn ni'n eu caru am yr Haf, gan ddau o'n partneriaid cynhyrchu hoff.

Mae'r ddau goffi yn ategu ei gilydd ac yn disgleirio i wneud coffi haf blasus sydd fwyaf addas ar gyfer hidlydd papur a bragu oer, yn berffaith ar gyfer panad heulog foreol a diod adfywiol yn y prynhawn.

Our Blend Y Barics is always designed to be a celebration of the best of what coffee can be throughout the seasons and harvests, and a delicious accompaniment to our seasons here in the UK. Our summer blend is no exception, bursting with all the fruity and sweet flavours we love about Summer, from two of our favourite producing partners.

The two coffees both compliment each other and shine themselves to make a delicious summery coffee best suited to paper filter and cold brewing, perfect for both a sunny morning brew and a refreshing afternoon hit.

Un o ei'n hoff coffi, Uganda wedi'i brosesu'n naturiol. Daw ein cynnig diweddaraf o Mahango, cymuned 1800m i fyny i droedfryniau'r Rwenzoris, gyda llawer o ffermwyr yn byw ac yn tyfu coffi ymhell uwchben yr uchder hwn. Mahango oedd un o'r cymunedau cyntaf lle sefydlodd Agri Evolve ganolfan brynu 8 mlynedd yn ôl. Fel arfer mae gan ffermwyr rhwng 1 a 2 erw o dir a choffi yw eu prif gnwd a***n parod.

Our firm favourite natural processed Uganda, Our latest offering comes from Mahango, a community 1800m up into the foothills of the Rwenzoris, with many farmers living and growing coffee well above this height. Mahango was one of the first communities where Agri Evolve established a buying centre 8 years ago. Farmers typically have between 1 and 2 acres of land and coffee is their main cash crop.

Mae mwyar pys yn fwtaniad prin ond naturiol o fewn y ceirios coffi sy'n golygu, yn hytrach na dwy ffa gwastad o fewn ceirios, mai dim ond un ffa berffaith grwn sy'n cael ei gynhyrchu. Mae'n digwydd mewn 1-10% o geirios coffi, yn dibynnu ar yr amrywiaeth. Mae gan fwyar pys sydd wedi'i dyfu a'i brosesu'n dda y potensial i gynhyrchu melyster a bywiogrwydd gwych mewn coffi, a thrwy ein partneriaid cyrchu yn Nwyrain Affrica, Omwani, mae Great Rift Coffee yn Kenya wedi dod â hynny i ni.

Here's our latest premium coffee from Nandi County. Our premium range is designed to showcase the best of what coffee can be worldwide, and this lot from Kenya offers something truly unique to the coffee world – the peaberry. A peaberry is a rare but naturally occurring mutation within the coffee cherry that means rather than two flat sided beans within a cherry, only one perfectly rounded bean is produced. It occurs in 1-10% of coffee cherries, depending on the varietal. A well grown and processed peaberry has the potential to produce great sweetness and vibrance within a coffee, and through our East-African sourcing partners Omwani, Great Rift Coffee in Kenya have brought us just that.
