We will be closed today as we say our goodbyes to the wonderful Barbara who sadly passed away. She will be missed by so many in the community. If anyone would like to donate to the Lullaby Trust, a charity close to Barbara's heart, the link can be found in the below post from the hall. We will be open as usual again tomorrow.

On the 21st September the community lost a true legend. Barbara had been on the committee for over 30 years and without her the hall would not be what it is today. But Barbara was not just a committee member, she was the beating heart of the hall and the community around it. Everyone who ever met or knew Barbara saw what an amazing, kind, caring and lovely person she was. A true family person which shone through at every event she organised. Barbara meant so much to so many people and we want to send our love and thoughts to her family, friends and to all who will be saddened by her loss. Barbara you will be missed so very much.

If anyone would like to donate to Barbara’s much loved charity The lullaby Trust the link is below

We are having some intermittent problems with the WiFi and therefore the card reader so please bring cash with you today just in case. We have lots of ice creams, iced coffees, sandwiches and baguettes but hot food will be limited to try and keep the temperature down in the kitchen area. The air con in the seating area is on full blast though 👌🏻
