✨ We’re in ICENI Magazine! ✨

We’re absolutely thrilled to be featured in Issue 159 of ICENI Magazine, with a wonderful “Dine in Style” review by Trevor Langley. 🇹🇭

Trevor started with our Thoong Tong (crispy parcels with chicken, egg & prawns) before moving on to the Choo Chee Goong — king prawns in a rich, aromatic dry red curry with kaffir lime and coconut — and finished on a sweet note with our Coconut Pancake. 🍤🥥

We were so pleased to read his kind words about the food, the traditional Thai-inspired décor, and the service. A special mention for Mim Simply Thai, thank you! 💛

Head Chef Art Arthur Siam and the whole team take real pride in creating authentic, memorable Thai dining here in Buxton — and it means the world to be recognised. 🙏
