At Scaldersitch Farm, we're proud to support – a united campaign calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.

Many of our guests don't realise that 20% of the cost of their stay goes directly to VAT. A reduction in hospitality VAT would help businesses like ours continue to invest in our offering, support more local suppliers and producers, create more jobs, and continue to provide great experiences for visitors to the Peak District.

Hospitality plays a vital role in rural communities, and a fairer VAT rate would benefit not only businesses but also our guests and the wider local economy.

We encourage our guests, friends, and fellow hospitality businesses to support the campaign by signing the petition and sharing the message.

Together, we can help secure a stronger future for UK hospitality.
