🚗🌿 EXCITING NEWS — OUR CAR PARK HAS HAD A MAKEOVER! 🌿🚗

We’re delighted to let you know that we now have a new and improved car park, with all those pesky potholes filled in! 🙌🏼🎉 No more dodging the craters on your way in! 😂

Whether you’re popping in for a delicious homemade cake and a coffee, joining us for breakfast or lunch, or stopping off before exploring the beautiful Manifold Valley, we hope this makes your visit that little bit easier and more enjoyable. ☕🍰

🍂🎃 AUTUMN HAS ARRIVED AT THE TEA JUNCTION! 🎃🍂

Well opening the curtains this morning, Autumn has defiantly arrived in the Peak District. 🍃🍁🌲

Which means, cool, crisp walks 🥾 🍂 along The Manifold Valley, & let me tell you, the valley is looking absolutely splendid with all these new colours appearing. 🍂🍁🍁

Finished off with one of our delicious creamy hot chocolates, topped to the rafters with cream & marshmallows. 🤤

It’s been such a busy year and I honestly couldn’t do it without you all. From the early mornings to the hectic days, the laughs, the cleaning, the serving and everything in between — I appreciate every single one of you more than you probably realise. ❤️

☕️ We’d love your opinion! ☕️

We’re thinking about making a little change to the way we serve our coffee at The Tea Junction, and before we make any decisions, we’d really love to hear what you, our lovely customers, think! 🫖❤️

At the moment we use a bean-to-cup machine, which is super quick, reliable and means we can get your coffees out quickly when we’re busy.

We’re considering upgrading to a fresh-milk bean-to-cup machine, which would give us freshly chilled milk rather than the current milk system — or we could take the bigger step towards a traditional barista-style coffee machine. ☕️🥛

Which would then enable us to serve you a more varied range of coffees, using different milk, oat, soya, almond etc. 🥜

So we’d love to know…

What do YOU look for in a good coffee when visiting a tearoom?

☕️ Is speed and consistency important?
🥛 Do you notice a difference with fresh milk?
🤎 Would you prefer a proper barista-made coffee?
💷 Would you be happy to pay a little more for a more premium coffee?
☕️ Or are you perfectly happy with our coffee as it is?

👀 Look who’ve we had come & visit our sister venue at Black Rocks 🪨 🤩🤩

🌿☕️ A Very Special Visitor at Our Little Kiosk! ☕️🌿

We had a very special visitor pop by our little kiosk today — John Craven, the much-loved presenter of Countryfile! 🥰

John stopped by for a coffee while he was here filming for the programme, and it was such a lovely surprise to welcome him to our little corner of the countryside. 🫖🌳

It’s not every day you get to serve coffee to someone who has been such a familiar face on our screens for so many years!

We’re incredibly proud that our little kiosk was chosen as part of the filming, and we can’t wait to see the area — and hopefully our little Black Rocks kiosk — featured on Countryfile. 📺💚
