Wow 🤩! Tidza carnival was amazing and you all did us proud !!
We’ve had a blast and a massive thank you to the committee and everyone who was there and helped on Monday night bingo. It went down a storm and massive thanks to Flinty and Dave Wain.
Howie’s quiz on Thursday 🌟 where do I start!?! It wouldn’t be same if we didn’t have issues with the music but this year was on another level but we got through it in typical style like never before! The turn out was a brilliant. Thanks to everyone who attended it and made it in such a fun night!
Then big Saturday 🤩 what an amazing day! We had few issues down the road with lost internet connection but we made it work. To see so many people be enjoying the music and be there was inspiring and I’ve booked them again already for next year.
I can’t thank everyone enough for making it happen because without you we couldn’t make it as fabulous day it has been.
Bring on next year! I’ve taken at look at what we did this year and how we could make it even better any ideas as I’m open to suggestions.
Once again thank you to all involved.

This is what we do here at The Star inn a very kind lady called Helen Royale started this and every month she brings group to us and she would put a post on a Tideswell page unfortunately someone decided that she was advertising us so here posts were declined by the admin which really upset Helen and rightly so in my eyes, so here is here words on last weeks lunch. Keep doing what you’re doing Helen you’re doing a sterling job .

It's two and a half years since the monthly lunch group started for Tideswell people who live on their own. It's always an enjoyable occasion. On hearing that bread and butter had been freshly made this morning, I knew which sweet I was going to have. It was delicious. Before leaving I had a pleasant chat with the young ladies who'd served us. What an unexpected treat to have the door opened for me as I left. We'll be back at the Star in June.
