Right, we’ve got something good for you. 🤘

Buxton Brewery and local legends .hair have teamed up on a brand new b**r, and we’ve got 50 free half pints to give away from 5pm tomorrow (Friday 25th Sept) (Trackside - Buxton, Tap House - Buxton & The Duke's - Derby)

Come down, grab a half, have a drink with us. First come, first served.

If you can’t make it tomorrow, don’t worry are throwing a launch party at their HQ on New Market Street on Saturday 26th from 2pm.

There’ll be live music (bet you can't guess which genre), b**r, tattoo pop-ups and whatever else they’ve got planned. It’s free, it’s open to everyone, and it should be a good one.

There’s something pretty special about having an evening like this right here in Buxton.

For the second year running, the Scottish Outdoor & Adventure Film Tour brought a brilliant collection of independent short films to the big screen with proceeds helping support the incredible work of Buxton Mountain Rescue.

But it’s not just about the films. It’s about everyone coming together for an evening, sharing a few stories, discovering places and people from all over the world, and being reminded just how big, wild and wonderful our planet is.

Behind every film are creatives who have spent days, weeks and sometimes months out there capturing these moments, telling stories and helping us see places, cultures and adventures that we might otherwise never experience.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, supported the evening and helped make it what it is. And, of course, a massive thank you to the filmmakers for giving us a little window into their world.

We’re already looking forward to welcoming you all back in 2027. ❤️🏔️🎬

Live at Trackside | Sun 15th November

After recently stepping out with his debut solo single “When You’re Young”, Dave McCabe is heading back on the road this November for a run of UK dates, joined once again by special guest, James Jay Lewis.

Best known as the voice and songwriter behind The Zutons, McCabe’s move into solo territory has already made a strong impression. “When You’re Young” has been tremendously well received and already a firm live favourite.

Earlier this year, McCabe and Lewis played a run of shows together that quickly gathered momentum, with packed rooms and a great response night after night. This new tour builds on that, taking them to more venues across the UK through November and into December.

McCabe’s set draws from material throughout his rich writing career, from Zutons classics, to songs he wrote for other artists and glimpses of his new music, the second of which will be released in advance of the tour.

Jay Lewis is a perfect fit for the bill. A Liverpool-born multi-instrumentalist, he’s worked with Cast and The La's over the years, and has been steadily building his own solo following. With songs that carry a classic, melodic British song writing style, and his outstanding musicianship, the two team up together both on their own and each other’s music.

The tour kicks off in Barnoldswick on November 5th and 10 days later, They will be taking to the stage at Trackside. Buxton. Don't miss your chance to see these guys playing right on your door step!

We love seeing exciting young talent come and take to the stage in Trackside.

Giving the next generation a platform to express themselves in front of hundreds of people brings us so much joy. These guys have played with us a handful of times now and they just keep on getting better and better. Something we love to see.

Big up The Developers. give yourselves a pat on the back lads. Sky is the limit.
