So who knew that in 3 weeks this group of students could pull off an event that the University hasn’t seen before. From a 9 course extraordinary tasting menu. To 5 paired Cocktails. With perfect front of house service and astounding culinary creation. We sold out in 3 days and created the beginning of something very special. Thank you everyone involved.
