Squidge Citrus - Macaron Smoothie Sour
The second iteration of our Macaron Smoothie Sour series. Grapefruit, lemon, lime, blood orange, and pomelo are combined to provide natural fruit acidity to balance out the sweetness from the style, with a hint of almond which evokes a nostalgic nod to the macaron. Thick and full bodied, think boozy breakfast smoothie – best not consumed before work.

A little over a year ago since Chef Dan Bennett joined forces with Buxton Brewery to change the way we do food.

Dan has elevated the food offering in Tap House far beyond what we could dream of. Bringing influences and flavours from all over the word together as a perfect pairing for the beer we so proudly produce right here in Buxton.

He has a passion for quality, local produce and is proud to use ingredients that can all be sourced to within 10 miles of the table it is served. Farm to fork food in it's truest form.

It's safe to say he's got the food down to a tee, however his pint pouring skills may need some work (swipe for a surprise)
