This coming October Tartine is delighted to participate in the ‘GIANT TASTE OF THE CAUSEWAY COAST AND GLENS’. A fantastic food and drink initiative supported by our local council Visit Causeway Coast and Glens.
Tartine will be staging a series of gourmet supper clubs and our first event will be on Friday October 2nd with a superb collaboration with top Chef Rob Curley and his infamous Slemish Market Supper Club. We are delighted to welcome Chef Curley back to Bushmills to delight us with his creativity and unique culinary flair alongside the Tartine kitchen team. This SUPPERCLUB coincides with the annual food and drink festival held in Bushmills. Festival details will be announced very soon we are told.

I had a fantastic time today representing Tartine at Distillers Arms in Antrim Castle Gardens for the Ireland Garden Show. Whiskey and Orange glazed Sea trout was on the demo menu with a warm quinoa,fennel and tomato salad. Great crowds and the event was buzzing. Thanks to Food NI for the invite. The show runs all weekend 🌺

We were thrilled to be part of the new ITV series of Dermot O’Learys Taste of Ireland. welcomed Dermot to Bushmills and he was a delight. We talked about all things foodie, local history and hospitality in general. Dermot stepped into our kitchen with a hands on approach and Chef/proprietor Gary created a delicious Rhubarb & Custard dessert and some rustic canapé tartlets. Come back soon Dermot!! Balmoral show was buzzing with a great crowd and I was delighted to be there to demo some recipes. It was great fun with as foodie compere and I hope everyone enjoyed the dishes. Thanks to all the team for assisting with all the tasters. See you all next time
