We’re always throwing a burger special at you, but then we remembered something pretty important…

We’re called NORTH COAST PIZZA. 😂

So we thought it was probably about time we actually did a pizza special. 🍕

So we handed the challenge over to our pizza chef Dylan and told him to come up with something worthy of the North Coast name.

Dylan, being the wise man he is, didn’t disappoint… 😂

After a bit of experimenting, a bit of tasting, Dylan’s Dynamite was born. 💥

And what a combination it is…

🍅 Tomato base
🐷 BBQ pulled pork
🧅 Red Onion
🍍 Pineapple
🌶️ Jalapeños
🔥 Dynamite sauce drizzle

This one has a wee story behind it…

Our American mate Jack, who’s living here in NI, was telling us about his favourite burger back home — and naturally, we couldn’t just leave it alone. 😂

So we took the idea and gave it the North Coast treatment.

Two smashed Irish beef patties, American cheese, sticky teriyaki, grilled pineapple and a crispy potato rosti, all stacked into one seriously messy burger.

Sweet. Sticky. Cheesy. Crispy.

Jack gave us the inspiration… we did the damage. 😏

Aye… that’s exactly what Jonny said when Louise walked in and said…

“I’ve an idea for a new burger…” 😝

To be fair, we’re firmly blaming Maegden Cheese & Supplies Bushmills… Louise seems to get another notion every time she walks through their door. 🤦‍♂️😂

Anyway… here’s the result…

It shouldn’t work…
