Chungs Garden Chungs Garden Chinese Food to take away shop was formed as a family business by Mr Pak Kwan Chung and his wife Mrs 'Jenny' Chung on 16th June 1992.

Mr Chung was the head chef and Mrs Chung managed the front of house. Due to continued success, they acquired the premises next door which they turned in to Chungs Garden Restaurant, which opened in the spring of 1999. On 6th April 2009, the Chungs Garden business was licensed out to be run by a third party while Mr and Mrs Chung returned to Hong Kong. This prove unsuccessful and in October 2009, t

he business was rented out to new management to be run as Panda Express and Panda Kitchen. This too had limited success and they ceased trading on 31st March 2012. On 16th April 2012, Mr and Mrs Chung reopened Chungs Garden take away shop, with Mr Chung returning as head chef and Mrs Chung at front of house. Chungs Garden cease to trade at the end of 2nd week of March 2016 due to the retirement or Mr and Mrs Chung.
