We currently have an opportunity for dining train assistants to join our busy and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to be a part of one of the most popular and unique elements of the East Lancashire Railway, the Dining Experiences. Candidates must have previous experience in the hospitality industry along with bar service skills and waiting on abilities.

This is a casual worker role and candidates must be aged 18 or over to apply. The successful applicant will be required to work evening and weekends as well as some midweek days during the busy period.

If you are able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a prominent level of customer service then this could be the job for you. National Minimum Wage applies to this role.

Exciting news for foodie fanatics, were about to launch our Dining Experiences for 2026. ✨ 😮

That’s right, tickets for next year’s dining trains go on sale 17 October 2025! 🎟️ 🎟️

The new programme will see the return of old favourites like Spanish and French themed evenings, Murder Mystery Nights, dining trains with guest locomotives and more. 🍽️ 🚂
