fuelling the outdoors! If you’re ever at any outdoors sporting events, you’re probably already familiar with these legends! 🏃🏻🚴🏼

We have a great selection of their coffees on our retail shelves, as well as their summer blend to go out our batch. Hopefully it can bring some summer energy to this rubbish weather!! ☀️☀️☀️

It’s now live - Cafe Ride 001 ☕️

A social paced spin around the hills with coffees and cake. This is a social paced ride but please be aware of the distance, route and elevation. No one will get left behind but make sure you can go the distance and have enough food and water. The average speed will be somewhere between 18-25kph so please bear that in mind.

Tickets are not necessary to join the ride but they do include pre and post ride coffee and cake.

We’re hitting the trails this Sunday! 🏃🏻

Our run club is a socially paced run with the aim to get out in the fresh air and enjoy the run! It’s not about times or going fast, more about getting to the destination and the journey to get there!

Our first run is a trail run into the hills and up to the tower. About 5 miles of mixed terrain so make sure you have suitable kit, water and food for the run. We aim to make these runs for everyone so no one will be left behind and there will be points to wait and regroup but make sure you feel up to going the distance. ⛰️

Oh yeah, most importantly there will be coffee at the end! So hopefully see you Sunday, 8:30 meet at the coffee shop 🧡
