🇺🇦 Independence Day Special Menu at Central Cafe!

Join us tomorrow as we celebrate with a special menu featuring hearty, traditional Ukrainian dishes. Here is what we have prepared for you:

🥣 Soups & Starters
Traditional Ukrainian Borscht: Rich beetroot soup served with sour cream, fresh garlic, spring onions, crusty bread, and a shot of traditional fruit liqueur (nalivka).
Country Garden Salad: Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, dressed with unrefined sunflower oil and a splash of vinegar.
Dnister Salad: Shredded white cabbage, green peas, and semi-smoked sausage, tossed in mayonnaise.
🍽️ Main Courses
Potato Varenyky: Dumplings filled with savoury potatoes, served with caramelised onions and sour cream.
Pork Pelmeni: Traditional dumplings filled with seasoned minced pork, served with butter or sour cream.
Deruny: Crispy grated potato pancakes served with traditional sour cream (also available smothered in a rich, creamy mushroom sauce).
Stuffed Peppers: Sweet peppers stuffed with minced pork and rice, simmered in a rich tomato sauce.
Chicken Kyiv: Crispy garlic and herb butter-stuffed chicken breast, served with creamy mashed potatoes and a fresh homemade side salad.
Syrnyky: Sweet cottage cheese pancakes served with fresh seasonal berries, honey, and sour cream.
