Say hello to Gabe, our recently promoted junior sous chef! 👨‍🍳

Gabe has been part of our kitchen team for just over two years and has become a valued member with his hard work.

When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find him out on long walks with his girlfriend Leah and his dog Dolly.
