Belgian Range of the Week - [De Huyghe] Delirium
Delirium Red - 8% 🔴
Is a dark deep red colour with a pink laced head. The aroma is soft and fruity with hints of almond and mild cherry. It has a sweet and fruity taste but is perfectly balanced between sour and sweet.
Delirium Nocturnum - 8.5% 🔵
Has a dark red/brown hue. On the nose is a mixture of caramel, mocha, chocolate, liquorice and coriander. The initial flavouring is perfectly balanced, followed by an increasing bitterness from the hop, and from the roasted chocolate malts. It finishes with bitterness and sweetness in unity.
Delirium Argentum - 7% ⚪
Full bodied and intense, sweet caramel malt flavours balanced against a sharp, citrus-forward hop bitterness for a complex finish. On the nose there is a grapefruit citrus touch, accompanied by a spicy note with a subtle note of caramel.
Delirium Delirio - 0.3%🟢
The full pleasure of Delirium Tremens, without the abv. Full-bodied, round, and spiced on the palate, leading to a refreshing, fruity, and hoppy aftertaste that functions as an ideal thirst quencher.
