Meet our beautiful rescue dog Molly.

She is so happy because she got her new winter coat, not to mention lots of tasty treats, from the new fabulous pet shop just across the road from Buttercup Cafe - The Salty Sea Dog Company

Our cafe is dog friendly too so once you have been there, you can pop in to us 🙂

Well I'm not going to lie
I was worried when I heard about the daily road closure between Kinghorn and Kirkaldy and how it would effect my little cafe
BUT !!!
You pulled out all the stops and we had a great week
Ten Afternoon Teas done
Tickets sold for our events
Birthday celebrations
Coffee and cake catch ups
Take away coffees
We had to turn some people away (sorry) due to being fully booked
And welcomed new customers
Thank you, thank you, thank you and please support all local businesses, it means alot ❤️

WHAT'S HAPPENING IN Buttercup Cafe THIS WEEK ???

Special offer...Pot of tea or Americano coffee with croissant or slice of sourdough toast with butter just £3.50 between 10am to 11am everyday this week!

Now the weather is dropping in temperature( although not this week!) We have added soup to the menu.
A warming bowl of soup and choice of bread roll is £4.75 or add a cup with any sandwich for just £2!

We have another sandwich special added to the list...
NEW YORK, NEW YORK!
Slices of pastrami, melted provolleta cheese, yellow mustard and sliced gherkins 😋

You can still choose from the menu, build your own sandwich or platter or be tempted by our tasty cakes and scones.

Last but not least, we have a number of Afternoon Tea orders this week. If you fancy getting together with friends for a treat, get in touch for more details.

Did you know you can book a Buttercups Afternoon Tea in our vintage tea room anytime we are open?

Even better, pick up a bottle of fizz from Barley and Vine on our High Street and enjoy it with your Afternoon Tea - we will even provide the glasses.

Prices are £18.50 pp and include nibbles to start, teapot of Earl Grey tea, selection of sandwiches, savouries, homebaked scones by Kinghorn Community Centre and cakes all served on traditional china.

Add a tea-cup of soup for £1.45

Pre bookings only and payment required on booking.
