It is with a heavy heart that we announce Triggers has officially closed its doors.

Triggers proudly served as a sandwich shop for over 30 years. Following the passing of our much-loved owner, the late Mandy, the management has made the difficult decision that it is time for pastures new.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all our loyal customers who supported us over the years and helped make Triggers what it was — a truly vibrant community hub.

Your kindness, custom, and friendship meant more than words can say.

I would just like to thank everyone who come to the lane yesterday to pay their respects.My mum would have been incredibly proud of the turn out.This just goes to show the incredibly special community coal clough lane has! Thank you from the family and all of the staff ❤️

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for all the kind messages, cards, and support during this incredibly challenging time.

The funeral service for Mandy will take place on Tuesday, 18th March at 12:15 at Burnley Crematorium. Everyone is welcome to join us in celebrating her life. We will be giving Mandy a final farewell at her beloved shop, with the car arriving outside Triggers around 11:50.

Following the service, the wake will be held at Rosegrove Unity. This will be an opportunity for family and friends to come together and share all the wonderful memories we have of her.

Family flowers only, and donations can be made to The British Lung Foundation.

Good morning,

We wanted to take a moment to make an official announcement as news has started to spread. We would like to confirm that sadly Mandy - The owner of Triggers, has passed away.

Triggers has been a significant part of Mandy’s life, as she worked and owned the business for over 35 years.

We felt it was important to share this news because Mandy had a profound impact on the girls at the shop, and we know how much she was loved by her wonderful customers. To clarify and dispel any rumors, Triggers will continue to operate and is not closing. The shop will remain open in honor of Mandy.

Triggers sandwich shop is looking for someone to work 16 hours a week with potential few more hours,must have experienced in a sandwich shop and over 18 references will be needed.Must be able to work Saturday till 1.30, can start straight away. Previous experience is essential dm me if interested.

We join the country in mourning the death of Her Majesty the Queen.

Queen Elizabeth II visited Burnley three times during her tenure and we hosted her at Turf Moor in 2012 which was an honour and a privilege.

Our longest serving monarch and an incredible lady ❤️
