It’s coming home! Well we hope it is….

At least we hope Jude’s going to take a sad song and make it better and him and the rest of Harry’s boys are going to Kane them.

Anyway that’s enough of that get in for an early tea today as we will be closing slightly earlier to enable our team time to get home before it all kicks off at 8pm. So our final whistle will be at 7pm tonight.

We are also going to run a giveaway of a £20 voucher for the customer who predicts the time of the first goal tonight if more than one of you guesses correctly we will put the names in a hat and draw a winner.

Yesterday we reached temperatures behind the range in the mid 40’s based on this and the predicted increase in temperatures this afternoon we have made the difficult decision to close this evening. We will be open at lunchtime and then again as normal tomorrow. We apologise for any inconvenience but our staff welfare has to come first in any circumstances.

Just a quick reminder that we will be closed on Friday 22nd May for a Family Funeral. On April the 8th we all received the news that Mum Nan, Nanna had passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park and tomorrow we will be paying our respects and celebrating her life.

So on Sunday the 3rd of May Gavin is Daring the drop! That’s right he’s going to abseil 75ft from the roof of Ashton Gate Stadium in aid of the Great Western Air Ambulance. The Great Western Air Ambulance is based in Bristol but covers well into the South West and can be often seen assisting patients in Burnham On Sea so please if you can head over to Gavin’s fundraising page and support this worthy cause that is entirely funded by donations.
