Although the weather is dreary, signs of spring are in the air and the garden is beginning to come to life!

I love seeing all of the different veggies coming back into season too, and I couldn’t resist a recipe with spring onions this week as they are so fresh at the moment and bursting with vitamins C and K.

This week’s Spring Onion and Potato Soup has spring onions, maris piper potatoes and double cream and is a lovely spring time, warming lunch.
