Family run wood fired pizza van serving for over 10 years! Weekly pitch’s+ private hire 🔥🍕 Our Pizzas are artisan style: What this mean? A pizza as it should be!

Artisan mean the Pizza is made by using traditional methods. The dough is made with Italian Flour specially create for Pizza, Spring Water, Yeast, Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The dough rest for a minimum of 8 hours. All our Pizza are made to order, the dough is hand stretched. We topped it with our homemade tomato sauce and add your choice of toppings. We finaly place it in our Stone baked Wood Fired at 500 degrees so it is ready within minutes for you to take home and enjoy! The results is each customer walk out with a light digestives Pizza, full of flavours from the dough and its toppings. A Fabs Fabulous Artisan Pizza

Burgess hill! As usual tonight 4:30pm-8:30pm on Valebridge Road just round the corner from wivelsfield train station😀🍕

Our pizzas are made using our homemade dough then hand stretched to size topped with our homemade tomato & basil sauce some fresh ingredients & 100% mozzarella cooked in our authentic woodfired oven 🤌🏼

Gluten Free (at *no* additional cost) can be catered for as well as Vegan cheese(additional cost)🌱
