🎃💀BURGESS HILL… ARE YOU READY FOR THE BIGGEST HALLOWEEN PARTY IN WEST SUSSEX?! 🕸️🎃 sat. 31st October 2026 8pm-Late

INVITATIONS ONLY

Our resident DJ, Jumpy presents THE Halloween party like no other, featuring the one and only PAUL CLARK behind the decks! 🎧🕺

For the serious househeads, Paul needs no introduction. With a musical journey stretching back to the late 1970s, this man has been part of dance music history from the very beginning.

Starting out in Brighton in 1977, Paul made his name playing jazz-funk and soul, becoming the No. 1 DJ on the South Coast. From the legendary Caister Soul Weekenders and Brighton Beach Party to iconic venues including The Inn Place, Papillon, Busby’s, Brighton Belle, The Sheffield Arms and The Escape, his story is woven into the fabric of British club culture.

🔥 He was there at the birth of the UK acid house scene in 1988, sharing the decks at Special Branch with the likes of Danny Rampling and Pete Tong. Since returning to the decks in 1999, Paul has continued to bring the magic to incredible festivals and parties, including Love Supreme, Mi-Soul and Liquid Spirit, with musical connections reaching Ibiza, Croatia, Malta, Portugal and even Detroit.

This Halloween, we’re bringing decades of dance-floor history, serious house music and pure party energy to The Top House! 🖤🎃

👻 Costumes on. Dancing shoes ready. Let’s make this one unforgettable!

This will also be Hikaru and Will’s last party running The Top House. Thank you for all your love and support — it means the world to us. Now let’s dance! 🪩

❤️ Meet Daniel & Jamie — the new faces of The Top House!

From 2nd November, Daniel and Jamie will be taking over The Top House.

They currently run a hugely successful pub in Worthing, The Castle. When they took it on, it had been through some difficult times — and they’ve worked incredibly hard to turn it into a thriving, welcoming community pub.

Sound familiar? 🥹

For Will and me, one of the biggest things was knowing that whoever came next would understand what The Top House has become: a family-friendly, community pub where everyone is welcome.

After meeting Daniel and Jamie, we genuinely feel confident that they’re the right people to take it forward, put their own stamp on it, and look after the community that has meant so much to us.

They’ll be popping into the pub over the next few weeks, so please go and introduce yourselves, have a pint and say hello. We think you’ll quickly see why we feel so positive about handing over the reins to these two. ❤️

It’s already been an incredibly emotional week for us. The messages, hugs, kind words and support have honestly been overwhelming.

Thank you, Burgess Hill. Thank you for loving The Top House — and thank you for loving us.

Now it’s time for the next chapter. 🥂
