We’ve had an influx of new followers 👋

And one of the questions we regularly get is….

WHAT ARE DIRTY FRIES?

For the Silvas ones they are:

Our handcut triple fried chips (the famous ones) covered in strips of fine chicken thigh meat (no bone) which has been marinated and steamed in our new BANGIN BARBECUE sauce, smothered with Mozarella, Red Leicester and cheddar cheese and generously decorated with crispy onions and spring onions 💛

They taste like pure indulgence in a bowl, all the chips are handmade in house, the sauce is an original Mr Silva recipe and has a lovely background base note of Chai and they are perfect for any setting 💛

Thank you SO much for being so patient last night! We can’t tell you how much your kindness and patience meant to us all. It wasn’t exactly the first night back we had planned after two weeks of being closed but some things you just can’t prepare for 😃
