Raita is one of the most refreshing and cooling dishes you can enjoy during hot weather. It’s light, hydrating, and helps beat the heat - making it a staple side dish in Indian summer meals ☀️

Whether paired with a biryani, stuffed parathas, or eaten on its own, raita soothes the palate and enhances every bite with its rich yet light texture and aromatic spices 😋
