New smoked salmon & cream cheese bagels on the menu this week!

We’re always happy to listen to feedback and if there’s anything you’d like to see on our menu, let us know!

On that note, we’ve had a few requests for more gluten free options recently. This is something we’ve always struggled with, mainly because we choose to buy from local bakeries, and their options for gluten free are quite limited. But we are looking into this so rest assured, a gluten free bread option will be arriving soon.

Just a little reminder of what we have created, but only because of YOU 🫶🏻
We are now in our 5th of trading at Hickstead and we’ve gone from our little van, to our newest ‘bestest!’ box! Yes we’ve worked hard to get to this point, but we couldn’t have done it without the incredible loyalty from our customers, who we now definitely consider friends too.

We do have some very exciting plans which we’ll be announcing to you all soon - another new chapter perhaps?! Well you know us, we can’t stand still for too long 😜

Yes, we are sweaty bi*ches!!!
So, It’s another 11am closure today, with temperatures inside the Coffee Box becoming unbearable after 11 o’clock for staff.
We also have a reduced hot food menu today in order to minimise the use of the hot grill, so the only hot food on offer is our sausage baps.
Business as usual tomorrow! Thanks for your understanding ###

🎉 4 YEARS!! Today marks four years since our first day of trading in Betty at The Castle Inn. Oh, the memories! 🥹 25.04.2022 - the day that started us on our epic journey, and we’ve loved every minute!
In 4 years we’ve grown from our little Betty The Bedford Coffee Van, to two converted shipping containers.
And there’s even more exciting things in the pipeline for our little business - so watch this space! Who knows, in another 4 years, we’ll have taken over the world! 🌍 🤣
