Intentional slow living at its best 🚲☕️

Sandy is somewhere I have wanted to visit for a while now, and it didn't disappoint. We love North Norfolk, and this is somewhere we used to take the boys lots when they were younger. It has this laid-back charm like no other and the beaches; Omg, the beaches are just out of this world! Think white sand that goes on for miles, but no one knows about it, so you can sometimes be the only people there 😲

This delightful coffee shop on wheels sits perfectly in nature, bringing a real organic earth feel, from the simple rustic setup, through to the bespoke reusable cups created by local potters and inspired by the place they live. Everything here has been thought about so carefully ✨️

No walls, no rush, just a place to enjoy the simple, and get ready for our autumn coffee shop 🍂

How strange was it to see the rain today?

I actually forgot how to manage the horsebox in the rain today because as every surface gets wet 🙃 but it is so lovely to see the rain

I always think our coffee shop and horsebox look best in the autumn/winter. It's the way our lighting in both makes everything sparkle, giving warm and cosy vibes

Yesterday, I shared a little story about a gentleman who owns several coffee shops, and while he was in the area, he couldn't resist popping into our shop

Well, he only went and left us an amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review ✨️ This still blows my mind when I see a 5* review. I constantly get imposter syndrome, compare myself to other coffee shops (I know, I know, I need to stop this and just do our thing), and think everyone else knows way more than me

So when I not only receive a 5* review but also receive it from another independent coffee shop business owner, it's more than incredible 🙃🥹

I say it all the time, but we really do have an incredible team at the Horsebox Coffee shop, and knowing that when im not there, it is left in the best hands is the most wonderful feeling. Not only is Emily a fantastic manager but she is incredible with anyone new starting, putting them at great ease, where they can ask questions and not feel embarrassed if they dont know or its not perfect first time, as we all started in this business as a newbie once upon a time and we want everyone to flourish 🫶

And well done, Aiden, for your first fantastic Oat Flat White ✨️

These are the little creative activities I absolutely loved doing with my children when they were young, and I am so happy when we are able to bring these activities to our shop. Seeing your little ones' faces light up when they are creating brings back so many gorgeous memories, and quite often, these simple activities are the ones mine remember fondly 💛💚💜
