The heart of our Italian evenings at Ophelia Beaux’s is our talented chef, who comes from Anagni, a beautiful town just outside Rome.
His passion for cooking began at home, learning alongside his mum and nanny in the kitchen. Those early experiences inspired him to study culinary arts and pursue a career doing what he loves most.
Alongside great food, he has a passion for exceptional w**e, which is why he now imports w**es from his hometown to share with our guests.
For him, Italian Nights are about more than food and w**e, they’re a chance to bring a little piece of Italy to Ophelia Beaux’s and share the traditions, flavours, and stories of his hometown with you.
