We are hiring!

We are looking for 2 people to join our friendly and vibrant team here at Coffee Bay

Who are we? We are a small vibrant and friendly coffee shop in the heart of Bude called “Coffee Bay” we specialize in providing our customers with a large selection of delicious cakes, sweet treats, coffees, and a variety of drinks.

What we are looking for:

Position 1: Part/Full Time 20-30 hours

Job Times: In the week.. (3 days) and weekends (must be able to work one weekend day each week)

Requirements for position 1:

Looking for someone that has plenty of Barista experience working in a coffee shop or similar environment. You will need to be reliable, friendly and confident, self motivated while working well in a small team, and very comfortable working in a faced past environment to a high standard.

If you have the requirements above and would like to join a small very friendly team who support each other in achieving the best, in an up and coming coffee shop in the heart of Bude then please:

Position 2: Part Time

Requirements for position 2: Looking for someone that has ideally worked in a coffee shop/cafe/restaurant that can be called upon to be the team anchor.

You will need to be reliable, friendly, and comfortable working in a face paced environment and being able to clear tables, tidy areas and clean kitchen areas/wash pots. Ideally the right person will need to be able to work on call, (if contacted be available to come in at short notice) and also on a shift pattern. (We will also provide shifts on a rota)

Added Bonus: When called in at short notice within a 24 hour period, we will pay an on call bonus as well as your hourly shift rate.

We are so excited to be releasing an item each day from our brand new breakfast menu here coffeebay which will be available from next week 😀

Our new Barista! Darcy has Zen master like abilities, always staying chill in the busiest times.

Darcy also owns .dance.academy where she teaches dance, and just this month won 8 trophies in a dance competition.
