Little eifi’s ribs and bibs holds pop up collection events from our home in north wales, we do pubilc pop up events and private events serving Texas craft bbq, smoked through the night with oak wood on our offset smokers creating that true texas taste.

😫13th of SEPTEMBER WILL BE THE LAST HOME COLLECTION EVENT FOR A FEW MONTHS

📆THERE WILL BE NO EVENT IN OCTOBER SO THIS WILL BE YOUR LAST CHANCE MAYBE THIS YEAR AS NOVEMBER & DECEMBER ARE USUALLY HECTIC WITH OTHER WORK COMMITMENTS.

🇺🇸🇬🇧I will be using October to visit some of the best bbq places in the world, a trip to Texas and visit some of the top places in the uk to hopefully bring back some inspiration and see where and how we can get even better at doing what we do.

Come across a photo of the first trays I put together for friends and family after getting my first smoker 4 years ago. Since that day the obsession grew and grew and I’ve wanted to learn all about Texas bbq and the desire to get better and better at it and do my best to replicate the most authentic Texas bbq I possibly can. I’d say I’ve improved a little since the first photo 🤷🏼‍♂️🤠
