Little eifi’s ribs and bibs holds pop up collection events from our home in north wales, we do pubilc pop up events and private events serving Texas craft bbq, smoked through the night with oak wood on our offset smokers creating that true texas taste.

With no events in October we are super eager to light the smokers up again next month for our sold out home collection.
Next year we are going to be looking at doing more events, we are on the look out for spaces or venues to operate from on a more regular basis 🔥🔥🔥
