LAST HOUR 🔥

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign.

Bonita Brazilian BBQ is serving for the next hour — so get down while you still can 🇧🇷 🦜

Something a little different is landing at peckish food residency this Saturday…

Bonita Brazilian BBQ make their debut from 5pm, bringing big Brazilian flavours — and a little taste of the festival food scene — to Drury.

Think slow-braised brisket, pulled pork, spicy coconut chicken and smoked Brazilian sausage, piled onto Batata Bonita loaded fries. Or go all in with the X-Tudo — burger, brisket, sausage, cheese, crispy potato straws…

We’d go crisp l***r with the loaded fries, or a glass of Malbec alongside the brisket. Consider that our contribution to the menu.

And flying the flag behind the bar will be our very own 🇧🇷 — so Brazil is rather well represented.

I KNOW. IT’S SEPTEMBER. 🎄

But judging by my inbox, some of you have been ready for this Christmas since last Christmas.

The wreath messages are coming in left, right and centre, so here we are… it’s officially time.

CHRISTMAS WREATH WORKSHOPS ARE BACK 😮‍💨

We’re teaming up with Forest Flower Studio once again for two properly festive afternoons here — fresh foliage, beautiful wreaths, a bit of fizz and plenty of festive flocking about…

Saturday 5th December OR Saturday 12th December
12 noon | £50pp | Materials included & drink on arrival.

Gather your favourite people, get yourself around a table and come make something gorgeous for the front door 🎀

And yes, it’s September. But, you started it!

Once you’ve made a little magic, it’s only right you do it again… 🌙

After debuting their pumpkin workshop with us last year, Forest Flower Studio are back with us for another afternoon of Petals & Pumpkins.

Think pumpkins overflowing with autumn blooms, prosecco poured, and just the right amount of October mischief.

All rather wholesome, really…

Come and make something beautiful, have a glass (or two), and see where the afternoon takes us. Midnight margaritas? We start at noon. Give us time. 🌙🍸

Sunday 25th October
£40pp | Everything you need included.

And just like that, summer’s nearly over

September always feels like a bit of a reset. Holidays are done, routines return and the pub starts to feel a little different. But we’ve got plenty going on.

PECKISH? Funny how a pint does that… Luckily, Saturdays in September come with backup.

12th — Bonita Brazilian Barbecue
19th — Just Steak
26th — Paolo’s Pizza

Our rotating food residency has been a lovely addition to life at the pub, and we’re really enjoying seeing people make an afternoon — and often an evening — of it. Good independent food outside, excellent pints inside and, judging by some of you, absolutely no intention of going home anytime soon. You’ll find all the details on our Peckish pop-ups over on our website.

September also means tickets are launching for our Pumpkin Workshop, with our Christmas Wreath Workshop following very closely behind.

Because apparently the minute September arrives, we’re allowed to start talking pumpkins and Christmas.

Welcome to the BER months 🍂 🦜

Summer might be on its way out, but there’s plenty coming in. See? September’s not so bad.
