Has anyone seen or does anyone know the whereabouts of the memorial bench which was outside the Brig Inn. It was placed there by customers in memory of their friend. It disappeared within the last week.
Please help to relocate it.

The plaque on it says in memory of Tom Leatham.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that we will not be reopening The Brig Inn.

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing crisis facing us all we have no other choice but to close our doors permanently.

We would like to thank everyone for their friendship and custom, and for the memories we made together throughout the last 17 years.

We will be staying in Brydekirk for a while yet and hope to see you around the village.

Mary’s Coffee Morning

As so many people are self isolating the usual coffee morning will not go ahead, however, so as not to disappoint everyone there will be coffee and a scone available this week.
