Goat’s cheese washed Ketel One vodka, dry vermouth, honey water, basil oil.

It really does make for the perfect aperitif - aromatic and creamy, with a subtle sweetness.

Celebrate English Wine Week with us 🍇

Just five minutes from Da Costa, next to the River Brue, lies our very own vineyard. At Durslade Vineyard, we grow a variety of grapes, which are pressed and bottled in Bagborough to create our Maid of Bruton wines.

The evening will start with a ride on our tractor and trailer up to the vineyard for a tour, followed by a 3-course dinner with English wine pairings (including our own!)

If you’re curious about English wines and how they come to life, be sure to join us for these special evenings.

Our Head Chef Rob will guide you through the art of making pasta by hand, from tagliatelle to traditional Schlutzkrapfen. Afterwards, gather around the table to enjoy your freshly made pasta with a seasonal sauce.

In Italy, they say “La famiglia è tutto” family is everything. We couldn’t agree more, and we believe there’s no better way to come together than over a table full of delicious food.
