COURGETTES! When you are gifted a load of lovely Courgettes, you get the chefs and the Soup Queen together to make a gorgeous Courgette, Pea and Basil soup- topped with crumbled feta for a salty tang. It will be on the menu on Sat lunchtime. This is a really delicious soup. Nothing ultra-processed about this- made with local seasonal veg by our fabulous braw team. Visit Broughty Ferry fans

Chocolate Guinness Cake just hit the cake stand…Run! It goes fast…. A malty chocolate cake with a cream cheese topping. We use zero percent alcohol so you still get all the stout flavour but none of the alcohol if you would rather not have this. Yummm…

A big thanks to Chelsea our Food and Nutrition undergraduate intern from Abertay University who has been with us for 6 weeks. Many of our customers were interviewed by Chelsea yesterday as she undertook market research on our food choices (which are always veggie with also vegan and gf choices) to get feedback to inform our next menu development. Thank you to our customers for helping us with this- and thanks for all the wonderful comments! It’s so lovely to hear we are appreciated in our community. 🥰 The place was buzzing yesterday with such a happy vibe. ☺️

Chelsea has been a real credit to Abertay University and a joy to work with. We wish her well on her nutrition career journey. Thanks for all your hard work with us!
