A GREAT BIG THANK YOU

Wow, honestly I don’t know where to start with you guys….thank you SO much for the amazing support yesterday, kind words, purchases and the the very unexpected gifts and cards which all really meant a lot 🥹 It was absolutely lovely to end on such a high….I’m very proud I didn’t cry 😅 and generally just feel extremely lucky to have had such incredibly loyal and friendly customers at both Asquith and Broughton business parks. It’s been an absolute pleasure serving you all and hopefully bringing a bit of sunshine to your days at work ☀️

A new van will be taking over the round and you will be getting notified about it very soon, so please do go and show your support and enjoy their food ☺️

This isn’t the end for us….just a total reorganisation of the business to help grow and adapt with changing times, so please don’t forget about us! After our holiday next week I will be back to it with:

Thank you lovely lot for all your kind words about leaving the lunch round, I sure will miss you all!

I have started a countdown on my board - 16 lunches left 😱 ….what I would like to know 👂 is what sandwiches and soups would you like to see before I go!? I want to make you all your favourite foods over the next few weeks as a thank you 😍 for those that have been around since I started…any historic sandwiches you’d like to see? Is it too soon to do an epic Christmas sandwich?! 🤪😂

Well guys…I have some news. I am leaving the estate! After 8 years at Broughton (and Asquith!) it’s time for a change, so September 29th will be our last day of lunch rounds. Until then, I will be closed every Friday to take some time to make plans for the future! I’m not giving up Cobble just taking time to focus on other parts of the business to make sure we can ride out what the next few years have to offer 🥴 its a challenging time to be in business and I’m not ready to give up, so this is what I have to do to make sure I can continue doing what I love! Just sadly without seeing all your lovely smiley faces everyday! I can’t thank you all enough for your custom and relentless loyalty for the best part of a decade, it really has been a dream come true.
