Our charcuterie buffet is designed for easy grazing and relaxed conversation, using good-quality produce that everyone recognises and enjoys.
A generous selection of air-dried and cured meats, including prosciutto, salami and chorizo, served alongside carefully chosen cheeses such as mature Cheddar, creamy Brie, crumbly Stilton and a mild goat’s cheese.
Freshly baked crusty baguettes, focaccia and assorted crackers are provided, with plenty to go around.
To complement the meats and cheeses, we include a range of simple, well-loved accompaniments: marinated olives, cornichons and pickled onions, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and mixed nuts. Sweet touches such as fig chutney, red onion marmalade and honey add balance and depth of flavour.
Seasonal fresh fruit and crisp salad leaves lighten the spread and add colour, while mustards, olive oil and balsamic are available for dipping and dressing.
Everything is presented in a relaxed, rustic style that encourages guests to help themselves and enjoy at their own pace.

What a special day ❤️
Today we’ve got the absolute privilege of catering for a 100th birthday celebration. A full century of memories, milestones and stories, and we’re honoured to be part of marking it with good food and good company.
Now it’s down to the final touches… just got to get the icing on the cake right.

Today we’re preparing a funeral buffet. These aren’t the easiest bookings, but they matter. If a warm plate, a pot of tea, and a calm hand can make the day even a little easier for a family, I’m truly privileged to do so.
