Meet our team 🥰💜
This is James… or jimmy to those that know him well!
James started here as a 16 year old Saturday lad, on the grueling pot wash! Week in week out, he would turn up, get his rock music play list set and wash our dishes with a none stop passion! 🎵💜
As the years went on he did extra shifts around college & helped out in our kitchen with prep, we soon realised that James had quite an enthusiasm for cooking!
Each week he would discuss the different dishes he would be making for his family & friends & how much he enjoyed it!
When the opportunity for a kitchen assistant became available, James was our first port of call… 🧑🍳
He was really excited & jumped at the chance to become a full time member of our kitchen team!
With training & guidance from our chefs James is now 21 and a huge part of the potting shed kitchen team! 💜
One of the tasks we set James was to perfect our homemade lasagne, he has trialled many different flavour’s & recipes with dedication! He has finally made our lasagne so great, it’s one of our best selling menu options!
James has a passion but also a talent & we are so proud of him, he has achieved so much in such a short space of time. 🥰
We can’t wait to see where his Chef career will take him, watch this space! 🧑🍳
