Kicking off our run of pop ups between now and April, we have the Kebab Collective rocking up to dish out some tasty treats.

On Thursday the 11th of January from 5pm until they're gone, come and grab a kebab to sit in or take away. Sit in availability is limited and we'll be offering three sittings at 5pm, 6.45pm and 8.30pm respectively.

On offer will be the following-

Kebabs:
- Tandoori Chicken
- Afghani Kofta
- Falafel

All kebabs come with the usual suspects - Khobez bread smothered in black garlic toum, cured "coal"slaw kebab salad, crispy garlic, Lombardy peppers, all finished with our signature KC kebab sauce.

Add some flavour for £1. Choose from Roast Beef, Roast Chicken, Za'atar or Cheese & Onion.

- Crispy buttermilk chicken wings. Choose from Habanero BBQ or Cool Ranch

- Rose Panna cotta with raspberries and pistachio

Hello there kebab fiends!

Just to let you know we'll be rocking up to the Parlour, on Wednesday the 8th of February, for another round of tasty skewer-based shenanigans.

This time we'll be offering up the following:

The Main Event:

- Chicken Tikka - warm and fragrant
- Egyptian Kofta - hot and herby
- Lebanese King Oyster Mushroom - tangy and savoury

All kebabs come with the usual suspects - Khobez bread smothered in black garlic toum, cured "coal"slaw kebab salad, crispy garlic, Lombardy peppers, all finished with our signature KC kebab sauce.

The Sides:

- Hummus and flatbread topped with fried chickpeas and roasted peppers
- Fattoush salad. Romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, fried flatbread with a Lebanese 7 spice dressing
- Rose water panna cotta, raspberry and pistachio crumb and a scroll of chocolate ice cream

Hi gang!

Just a wee reminder that we are popping up at The Parlour tomorrow night for some hot coal deliciousness.

Your choice of kebab cooked over open flame, popped into a piping hot Bazlama bread covered in punchy black garlic toum, packed with our in house "coal"slaw, sprinkled with crispy garlic and drizzled in our signature KC kebab sauce. Your mouth needs this in its life, so give us a holler.

Hi there everybody!

We managed to convince those lovely folk down at The Parlour to gain access to their premises, so we could fire up the grill for some kebab related shenanigans.

This Wednesday (30th November) from 5pm we will be running The Kebab Collective for sit in and takeaway. We'll be doing things the old school way, and once they are gone, they are gone, so if you've been missing that KC flavour then make sure you bag a spot.

Each kebab is accompanied by our Bazlama bread, black garlic toum, smoked cured kebab salad, Lombardy peppers, crispy garlic and our signature KC sauce.

We have three coal cooked kebabs to choose from:

-Tandoori chicken
-Afghani kofta (beef/lamb)
-Lebanese marinated King Oyster mushroom

All kebabs £10

We will also be offering some sides:

-Hummus & Flatbread with fried chickpeas & roast peppers
-Superfood falafel and KC signature sauce
-Fattoush salad. Dressed Cos lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, parsley and flatbread croutons.

Hello Kebab Collective!

Sorry for the long break in communications, but we've had an awful lot on our plates! So, it's probably time for an update! To cut a long story short, we have our own restaurant! We have taken on the Parlour in Brodick and would love to see you all there.

Currently, we won't be doing kebabs because the restaurant doesn't have the equipment to allow us to do that, but we would love to bring them back once we have the necessary capital.

So, if you liked what we did with The Kebab Collective we hope you will like the pizza we're making at the Parlour. If you are interested in what we're doing please follow us on The Parlour's page for all updates and we'd love to see you there for more takeaway fun.

And please remember, the more pizza you eat, the sooner we can get you a kebab!
