Meet the man behind Kasi: Chef Jolly

With more than three decades in hospitality, Chef Jolly has taken his love of Indian cooking around the world, from Mumbai and Singapore to Doha, the Maldives and aboard Cunard’s Queen Anne.

He’s been a judge on MasterChef India, is a Chef Juror at the International Taste Institute in Brussels and, closer to home, is behind The Great Indian in Finsbury Park.
Now, his next chapter is taking him to the New Forest.

At Kasi, Chef Jolly is bringing together the flavours and cooking traditions found along the Ganges with exceptional produce from Hampshire and across the British Isles.
