As the festive season sweeps across Broadway, we know that this time of year is a whirlwind of planning, excitement, and perhaps a little stress for everyoneβincluding our guests!
We want to sincerely thank you for choosing to celebrate with us, and we ask for your compassionate support for all those working in hospitality and retail right now.
Imagine our dedicated team members, who are working long, physically demanding shifts to ensure your experience is wonderful. They are working flat out, giving up their own holiday time when they would undoubtedly prefer to be socialising and resting with their families.
If you encounter a moment of delayβwhether itβs getting seated exactly where you hoped, struggling to find a restaurant with capacity at the exact time you want, or perceiving the service to be slow during our busiest hoursβplease remember the sheer volume of guests we are striving to accommodate. Remember, too, that our teams are doing their best.
Our staff members deserve to be treated with the kindness, patience, and understanding that defines the 'season of goodwill.' They come to work to serve you, not to be the target of your frustration, abuse, or threats. We have been shocked and saddened over the past few weeks to hear of some of their experiences.
