In honour of Folk Week in Broadstairs, we wanted to celebrate the best of British in this one-off cheese selection.
Featuring the classic Baron Bigod (once tried, never forgotten), our current cheese of the week, Spenwood, the brilliant local Kingcott Blue, and a boozy cheddar from the Isle of Mull.

& bright flavours and deepens to pear butter, and straw.

Lindley is a Jersey cream-enriched soft cheese. Young it's fresh & lactic, hints of button mushroom & steamed rice. Later leads to clotted cream, almond & baked apple. Not to be missed!
